You must be available to work day shifts and late evenings. The position requires a high degree of flexibility with working hours and work days.
You will generally work 2 days per week and rotas will change on a weekly basis.
You will be required to work full time to cover holidays, sickness and additional hours where necessary.

The Opportunity
North Wales Aesthetics Clinic has been established for 21 years and are the leading medical aesthetic practice in North Wales. The business owner wants to hand over the operations of the business so she can focus on all things clinical.

The Role – A short list of what you will be doing (but not limited to)
We are looking for someone who is committed to the business and especially important will be your ability to:
Develop business promotional plans and pursue them to completion
Develop in-depth product and procedure knowledge that is essential for dealing with patient enquiries and the development into the role of customer advisor
Oversee the client experience in all aspects of the clients journey and manage patients from initial enquiry to discharge
Become competent in communicating in-depth information and presenting consultations to clients
Lead the business marketing activities including, management of the company website, social media and promotional materials
Be able to deal with sensitive and confidential issues in a professional manner
What’s needed to be successful at this role?
For you to be successful in the role of business supporting manager, it will be advantageous but not essential to possess:
A degree in business or another relevant qualification. We encourage you to apply if you do not have a degree but have previous experience in business, where you have worked your way up through an organisation gaining experience in sales, marketing roles and undertaken work-based training
Have an understanding and experience of working within various areas of business management including HR and expertise in training and development of staff
A knowledge of health, safety and risk, as well as governance and working in a highly regulated environment
Knowledge of a medical environment or experience in the NHS or independent sector
You must possess a clean driving licence

Hours of Work
Immediate full time position if you have the level of experience required to take on the entire role otherwise 3 to 4 days depending on your experience.
Monday to Friday between the hours of 9 am to 10 pm.
The position requires a high degree of flexibility with working hours and work days. You will be required to work late evenings.
