I am in my mid 50's, so let me tell you about my secrets on how to grow old gracefully.
Fifty is no longer considered to be over the hill ! Even hot celebrities in their 50's like Sandra Bullock, Elle Macpherson and Demi Moore are proof that you can look more beautiful with age. They certainly haven't “let it all go”!
It is up to you to decide whether these age defying celebs have had a little help, like me.
